• Negotiation: Support negotiation and structuring of corporate development transactions.
• Collaboration: Work with internal teams and external partners to execute initiatives effectively.
• Relationship Management: Develop and maintain relationships with key industry players.
• Performance Monitoring: Monitor and evaluate the performance of existing partnerships and acquisitions.
• Reporting: Present findings, recommendations, and progress updates to senior management and the board.
• Team Leadership: Lead cross-functional teams to execute corporate development projects efficiently

Requirements:

• Degree with min. 8 years of relevant Corporate Development & Venture Capital, preferrably targeting UAE, Middle East, Africa
• Proven track record in mergers, acquisitions, or partnerships.
• Strong knowledge of financial markets, industry trends, and banking regulations.
• Experience in managing cross-functional projects and leading teams.
• Excellent financial acumen and analytical skills, including building valuation models.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.

• Lead a team and manage outsourced services to ensure quality work and routine maintenance.
• Perform regular inspections for cleanliness, safety, and operational readiness and follow up on rectifications and recommend improvements.
• Handle budget planning, manage reports, review contracts, evaluate vendor performance, and oversee quotations/tenders for maintenance and repairs.
• Ensure compliance with regulations, conduct fire evacuation drills, and maintain fire protection systems.
• Coordinate with authorities, secure licenses, maintain records, and attend to additional duties assigned by management.

Requirements:

• Degree in Building Management or equivalent
• At least 4 years of working experience in handling Commercial Buildings.
• Possess strong leadership abilities with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Positive, customer-service-oriented attitude.
