Skills and experience that will lead to success

• Bachelor, Master, or Ph.D. in engineering, statistics, economics, or any other equivalent discipline with a strong statistical background.
• Experience working with defined contributions data, pension modeling and asset/interest rate analysis.
• Experience working with time series data sets and analysis.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with data cleaning, analysis, modeling, and result interpretation.
• Experience working in product teams with focus on designing and developing analytical capabilities.
• Recent working knowledge of SQL, Python, and PySpark. Knowledge of Databricks is a plus.
• Ability to handle projects with ambiguity in requirements and handle multiple projects at a given time.

What’s the role?

The Contracts team is a part of the Bloomberg Finance and Admin department. It is deeply ingrained in the customer service and operations of the organization. The role of a Contracts Operations Analyst in this business is to provide excellent customer service to a large global client base. The Contracts team is responsible for the operational and logistical management of the contracts processes across all Bloomberg groups and products. We work in a very fast paced environment, where prioritization and operational excellence are key. We work towards ambitious individual and team goals. • Entry level are welcomed
• Strong understanding of design principles, space planning, and 3D visualisation software
• Familiar with software – Autocad / 3D Max / Sketch Up / Microsoft Office

Job scope:

• Provide expert interior design consultations and presentations to prospective clients
• Collaborate with clients to understand their design requirements and translate them into innovative and functional interior solutions
• Develop detailed design concepts, mood boards, and 3D visualisations to bring clients' visions to life
• Manage the end-to-end project lifecycle, from initial client meetings to final installations
• Work closely with the project management team to ensure timely and successful project delivery
• Attend site visits and liaise with contractors to oversee the implementation of design plans
• Stay up-to-date with the latest interior design trends, materials, and industry best practices
