Job Summary

Reporting to the Director of Cybercrime Investigations, the Behavioral Threat Investigator is responsible for developing proactive scripts in support of global investigations into active and potential threats and unlawful acts against our executives, property, and customers. Approvals, Controls & Reconciliations

• Ensure dual control operation of the Cash Vault/ATM/CDM
• Granting transaction approval and overrides for all CER/ Senior CER within delegation limit
• Approve movement of cash to and from vault with Senior CER under dual control and confirm denomination and value input in eBranch System
• Approve cash indent and return to MAS/Battery Road Branch via CISCO
• Perform Surprise Cash Checks at a pre-determined frequency
• Daily reconciliation of physical cash in Vault/ATM/CDM with - Senior CER under dual control

• Ensure clients are being served within stipulated standard (refer to scorecard)

• Apply technical knowledge, hands-on and customer insights to operate and administrate a cloud infrastructure
• codify or implement/deploy configurations with the principles of automation by default in new projects with proper documentations
• codify or maintain cloud systems in an automated fashion using tools like Ansible, Terraform etc with proper documentation
• Collaborate with Cloud Solution Architects in providing technical expertise in cloud operations and administrations
• Participate in Cloud Migrations for VMs using tools like Azure Site Recovery, Azure Migrate with more than 30 VMs migration or Databases would be preferred
• Collaborate with team members to engage clients in operational meetings, discussions, process betterment and contribute to optimisations for the client’s environment
