1. Provide support to the Branch’s day-to-day AML/CFT operations, including real-time and post transaction monitoring, batch screening reviews, onboarding and periodic review of high-risk customers, STR filing, reviewing changes in customer risk profile, and maintaining system integrity of the AML System.
This involves analysing alerts generated by the AML system to determine appropriate disposition or escalation, understanding ML/TF typologies to actively identify suspicious transactions for STR filing, assessing associated risks and providing recommendations to the management regarding the onboarding and continuation of relationships with higher risk customers, and coordinating with vendors as well as the relevant IT officers at the Head Office
2. Contribute to AML/CFT related projects, compliance testing, Head Office reporting, surveys, and policies and procedures reviews and updates.
This entails staying informed about changes in the AML/CFT landscape in Singapore, updating the Head Office on these changes and their impact on the Singapore Branch, reviewing and updating the relevant AML/CFT Policies and Procedures on an ongoing basis, independently managing the EWRA process including collection data, and recommending enhancements to improve methodologies, such as customer risk model and TM scenarios and parameters, and participating in AML/CFT related surveys and RFIs.
3. Assist in ensuring the business operations comply with the new and updated requirements of the Monetary Authority of Singapore (e.g. Notices, Guidelines, Information Paper, Circulars, etc.).
This involves conducting gap analysis against existing internal controls, developing action plans, engaging in discussions with various stakeholders, driving the implementation of gaps within the timeline and updating management on the implementation progress.
4. Handle and/or advise internal (e.g. Head Office, Business Department) and external (e.g. external auditors) stakeholders on AML/CFT related enquiries and conduct AML/CFT trainings.
This requires familiarization with AML/CFT laws and regulations and internal rules, preparation of training materials and sharing of the new processes and measures with the relevant departments.

Main purpose of the job
The primary role of a Global Category Manager – Marketing Communications is to lead and implement procurement strategies, vision, and governance across the organization. This position heads the Procurement team, fostering unity across regions and promoting the sharing of best practices and knowledge. Alongside adhering to established governance, policies, and processes, the role involves protecting the company's assets and reputation through effective internal control systems, procedures, and legal compliance. The role is also responsible for driving sustainable procurement and procurement innovation strategies, as well as creating and implementing category strategies. Responsibilities include executing strategic sourcing plans to maximize business value, building and enhancing stakeholder relationships across all procurement activities, and managing supplier partnerships. The Global Category Manager also manages, and tracks plans and budgets against objectives, key value drivers, and related KPIs. Enlit Asia is an annual conference and exhibition that unifies two major events in the power and energy sector - POWERGEN Asia and Asian Utility Week.
The event is a platform for leading industry providers to showcase innovative solutions, services, and products in line with the Asian strategy to transition to a low-carbon energy supply. Through its Summit, Enlit Asia also delivers expert knowledge and foresight from the region's power and energy thought leaders on key developments, policies and innovations that are driving the energy transition.
It brings together the entire value chain of both power and utility producers and suppliers, covering content and exhibits from source to generation and from grid to consumer.
The Role
As a Delegate Sales at Enlit Asia, you will play a crucial role in expanding our sales reach and driving new business opportunities. You will be the “front-face” for all conference delegates. You will sell delegate tickets as part of your key KPI. This role will require an understanding of content, basic industry knowledge of the power & energy value chain and direct selling skills to acquire paying attendees to our events.

Job specifications
To sell delegate tickets to attend the conference
To be the main point of contact onsite for paid delegate attendees
To co-ordinate and manage meetings for sponsors and exhibitors
To secure high-level attendees for workshops, private luncheons, roundtables etc.
To provide sponsors and attendees with a truly great experience pre and during the conference and to provide a fantastic service element to the networking process
Key Requirements
Diploma or degree qualified
Great attitude to learning
Previous delegate sales or customer experience a plus
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Confident in speaking with C-level executives
Not afraid of cold calling via phone and making new connections
Strong relationship building, stakeholder management and social media skills to ensure customer satisfaction
Performance driven, possessing exceptional interpersonal qualities and able to work alone (self-motivate) and in a team
Dependable – takes responsibility for own actions, keeps commitments
Able to work with tight deadlines, manage time and balance tasks

The ideal candidate:
• Minimum 3 years of Change Management experience.
• Has proven experience in CM frameworks (Prosci ADKAR, Kotter, McKinsey 7s etc.) and tools (e.g., Jira, ADKAR).
• Possesses strong communication skills to facilitate cross-functional collaboration.
• Demonstrates adaptability and a growth mindset, particularly in a fast-paced, iterative work environment
Key Responsibilities
• Change Strategy Execution: Develop and execute change management strategies that align with project goals and public sector guidelines.
• Training and User Support: Conduct training sessions, workshops, and provide ongoing support to promote user adoption and mitigate resistance.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with government officials and stakeholders to ensure transparency and clear communication.
• Regulatory Documentation: Maintain change logs, training materials, and ensure compliance with public sector requirements.
