In this role you will be responsible for:
Strategic Leadership:
• eCommerce Strategy & Roadmap: Develop and execute a comprehensive eCommerce strategy aligned
with overall business goals, including target setting, budget allocation, and growth projections.
• Market Analysis & Competitive Intelligence: Continuously monitor the eCommerce landscape, analyze
competitor activities, identify trends, and recommend strategies to maint ain a competitive edge.
S
ales & Revenue Growth:
• Drive Online Sales & Revenue: Oversee all E2E online sales including .com, mktplace platform, and
social commerce; manage E2E operations including merchandising, promotions, pricing, and inventory
management to meet or exceed revenue targets.
• Develop and execute strategies to acquire new customers through digital channels and implement
loyalty programs to drive repeat purchases.
User Interface (UI) and User Experience (UX) Optimization
• Content Strategy & Mana gement: Develop engaging and informative product descriptions, images,
videos, and other content to drive sales and enhance the customer journey.
• Improve customer journey via tech / product feature implementation, UI/UX implement; able to pro-
duce the BRD for product enhancement with data driven approach.
Operations Excellency:
• Inventory Management & Fulfillment: Work closely with supply chain and operations teams to ensure
accurate inventory levels, efficient order fulfillment processes, and timely deliver y.
• Data Analysis & Reporting: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and track website analytics,
customer behavior, and sales data to generate insights, measure ROI, and guide strategic decisions.
Team Management & Collaboration:
• Team Leadership & De velopment: Build, manage, and mentor a high performing eCommerce team,
fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and results orientation.
• Cross Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless eCom-
merce operations and achieve shared goals.
Minimum Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
MBA preferred.
• 10+ years of proven experience in eCommerce, with a demonst rated track record of success in
growing online sales
• Deep understanding of eCommerce platforms, digital marketing channels, and analytics tools.
• Experience managing and developing high performing teams.
• Strong analytical, problem solving, and decision mak ing skills , be comfortable building the
business from stretch
Preferred Qualifications:
• MBA or advanced degree preferred
• Experience in retail sector preferred
