We're looking for a driven Senior Sales Executive, to drive and manage mainly new business sales of B2B SaaS Enterprise Software solutions in Singapore.

You will elevate your role in driving our business success by representing our products and services with deeper customer understanding. You will have more autonomy in setting and negotiating terms and take a proactive approach to meeting sales targets within your designated territory.

This is a Permanent Full-Time position, to be based in Shenton Way, Singapore (hybrid working arrangements, 3 days per week working from home).

About the Role

• Develop and maintain relationships with customers to understand their needs.
• Engage in moderate negotiations to close sales successfully.
• Manage and prioritize sales activities within the assigned territory.
• Conduct compelling product/service demonstrations tailored to customer needs.
• Identify and qualify potential sales leads.
• Monitor and manage the sales pipeline to ensure continued growth.
• Provide detailed sales reports and forecasts to management.

About You

• 3+ years of sales experience, solutions sales experience is highly preferred

As a Warehouse Assistant supporting at our Manufacturing Site, you will be trusted to work on Warehouse Duties. In this role, a typical day will include:

• Perform goods receipts (GR) physical and transactions in SAP system.
• Raw material issuance to production (physical and system).
• Perform monthly cycle count and yearly stock take.
• Ensure inventory accuracy in the warehouse.
• Ensure compliance to SOP, ISO, GMP/GDP, AFCM, FDA, MDSAP and HSE regulatory.
• Perform finished goods posting in SAP.
• Perform Palletizing of finished goods.
• Load and unload pallet to/from racking.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO ALCON:

• Able to commit to day shift (830am-830pm/ 2-2-3 shift pattern)- transport and shift allowances provided
• Transport pickup from Boon lay, kranji and outram park mrt
• Forklift licence preferred
