What skills.do you require?

• Knowledge of TCP/IP (firewalls, routers, etc.), multithreading, web services, .Net Remoting and Wireshark
• Basic knowledge of C# is preferred, or good experience with a similar language
• Experience with HTML, XML, client-server systems, and SNMP
• Strong affinity with MS Windows operating systems
• Knowledge of MySQL and Cassandra is an asset
• Basic familiarity with HFC broadband, IPTV, broadcast and satellite systems is a plus

As part of our market data operations team, you'll play a vital role in driving the advancement of our offerings. Your mission is to:

•Own Quality: Take charge of specific regions and product groups and ensure the highest standard of data quality, by reviewing internal constraints and ingest data from external sources.

•Continuous improvement: Identify technology and process improvements to efficiently and effectively process data and improve data accuracy of our seaborne flows.

We are looking for motivated individuals with the experience and/or aptitude to grow our customer base. You will be expected to:

• Acquire and build a strong network of SME customers and boutique developers for loan products and credit facilities. For auto loan products, being familiar with Block Discounting, Floor Stock and Direct facilities would be advantageous.
• Develop new portfolios while increasing its profitability through cross-selling and referrals
• Achieve individual sales revenue and loan targets
• Analyse financial statements and structure credit facilities to ensure good credit quality
• Possess strong understanding of financial compliance and regulatory requirements

Requirements:

• Min Diploma level
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in a lending environment and working knowledge of mortgage loans in property development and/ land & construction loans
• Preferably with an established network of business contacts especially in the SME sector or tie-up with loan/ mortgage brokers. Strong ability to source and generate leads independently
• Good understanding of financial analysis is preferred
• Good writing, communication and interpersonal skills
