Job Description

• Responsible for managing a team of M&E coordinators and BIM Modellers in the design and coordination works;
• Attend technical and site meetings with consultants;
• Study M&E drawings and coordinate M&E works with the consultants and sub-contractors to resolve any technical / site issues;

Sommelier duties

• Selection & Purchase of natural wines: You will be responsible for working with the beverage director for the selection and purchasing of wine inventory which match the venue’s menu, style, and budget. • Storage and Inventory Management: You will ensure that all wines for Le Bon Funk is properly stored, aged, and maintained in the right environment. They should be managed in accordance with Le Bon Funk’s standard operating procedures and for tracking of wine sales and purchases
• Wine service: You are responsible for training the front of house team with proper wine service, including opening bottles, pouring, and decanting (if applicable). You must be able to be comfortable making wine recommendations to guests and assist in pairing wines with menu items accordingly
• Wine Education & Training: You will have a thorough knowledge and understanding of wines and be able to communicate this information to guests and staff accordingly. You will also assist with the training on wine selection, service and if applicable upselling techniques.
