Responsibilities:
- Prepare comprehensive client presentation materials, including detailed policy illustrations, summary quotes, and tailored review packs to facilitate effective client discussions.
- Assist Insurance Specialists with administrative tasks, coordinating efficiently with insurers or internal stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
- Accurately maintain and update client records and databases, ensuring all information is current and securely stored.
- Prepare, review, and process essential documentation required for policy issuance, renewals, amendments, and cancellations with meticulous attention to detail.
- Provide proactive support during client meetings, including note-taking, addressing client queries, and ensuring timely follow-up on agreed action items.
- Handle all aspects of pre- and post-sales transactions, promptly addressing any client needs or challenges that arise to maintain a high level of service satisfaction.
- Monitor and ensure all insurance policies are renewed without lapses, and oversee the timely and accurate processing of claims and endorsements.
- Deliver responsive and dependable administrative services as needed to support daily business activities, ensuring operational efficiency.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of working experience.
- Candidates should possess at least GCE "O" Level certification.
- Proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office.
- Comfortable and confident working with numbers.
- Highly detail-oriented, meticulous, and skilled in administrative tasks.
- Proactive in following up to ensure tasks are completed promptly and efficiently.
