Job Scope:

You will play an important role in supporting the learning and development of infants and toddlers through interactive and stimulating experiences. You will share a special bond with these little ones as you partner with their families and witness their development. You will partner with parents to foster the holistic development of infants and toddlers.

The Consultant will be in charge of a portfolio of clients for which services below will be provided. The Consultant shall follow the Pramex International procedures and processes.

He /she will provide ongoing financial and accounting services to our clients with respect to their Singaporean operations, including financial reporting, controlling, budgeting, cash flow management, year-end closing, payroll & tax filings.

The Consultant will assist clients in organizational, management, administrative and other functional aspects of establishing their operations, including: accounting setup, compliance, employment, tax, insurance, and other matters.

a. Book-keeping, banking operations and Tax services

Perform the bookkeeping duties on behalf of our clients, including updating and verification of the general ledgers, bank reconciliation, accounts receivable and payable, payroll etc.

Maintenance of bank accounts

Develop and maintain timely and accurate monthly financial and management reports for each client

Prepare quarterly GST, corporate tax and withholding tax matter and submission for our clients

Ensure that all statutory and tax requirements of the organization are met by liaising with various parties.

Year-end closing and provide assistance for annual statutory audits

Experience in consolidation is a plus

b. HR services

Run payroll on behalf of our clients to ensure that employees are paid in a timely and accurate manner

Prepare CPF submission

Annual submission of income tax return for employees

Withholding tax submission for resigning foreign employees

Knowledge and Skills

· Excellent technical skills in accounting – Between 1 to 5 years of hands on experience in accountancy, bookkeeping, trial balance, monthly reporting preparation, Singaporean GAAP and payroll. Experience is consolidation is preferable

· Good knowledge of IFRS and SFRS accounting requirements, IRAS legislation, Employment Act and CPF Act and other relevant regulations is preferred

· Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Advanced Excel and Word applications)

· Knowledge of the accounting software XERO and QuickBooks is a plus

· Pleasant personality with strong interpersonal skills and able to interface with all levels, internally and externally, in a professional and responsive manner

· Strong analytical, business judgment, communication (verbal and written), interpersonal, and team work skills

· Hands-on attitude and capable of working independently in the first instance and develop others

· Effective problem solving skills and demonstrated ability to set priorities and function independently to meet tight project deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Able to adhere to strict reporting timelines with good quality of deliverables. Paying attention to details.

· English fluent, French is a plus (but not compulsory)

Education Required

· Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, in Finance/Accountancy or its equivalent in professional qualifications (e.g. ACCA / CA / CPA)

Role Summary:

The Infrastructure Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. Qualifications And Key Technical Skills:

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent education and/or work experience.
• 6+ years direct work experience in a project management capacity, including all aspects of process development and execution.
• Demonstrable experience of large scale Sever, Storage or any other Data Centre infrastructure migrations.
• PMP or Prince2 certified or any other relevant PM certification.
• Knowledge of ITSM tools and have prior experience in managing changes.

Below Skills/experience will be an advantage:

• Understanding of core IT protocols and systems (virtualization, servers, networks, storage, databases, data centers, and security).
• ITILv4 Certification.
• Banking/Finance IT domain experience.
