Tasks/Responsibilities:

• Assist the Marketing Team to project manage and coordinate workflow with internal stakeholders to develop marketing collaterals
• Assist the Marketing Team with planning and launching property marketing campaigns, to promote brand awareness, room bookings, or F&B reservations.
• Work closely with the Digital Marketing and CRM to optimize website content and increase conversion rate
• Research and competitive analysis for COMO Hotels and Resorts
• Support with property marketing audits

Qualifications:

• Student pursuing Degree in Marketing or Business in Marketing Specialisation
• Preferably with internship or previous experience in hotel operations
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Good in analytical skills and has an eye for detail

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the operations and maintenance of a data center equipped with liquid cooling systems that support GPU cloud infrastructure.
• Lead the optimization of GPU hardware and infrastructure to improve performance and achieve cost-efficiency goals.
• Allocate resources effectively to balance data center operations, cloud hardware efficiency, and service level agreements (SLAs).
• Guide the operations team to adhere to customer SLAs and product requirements while ensuring compliance with industry standards like ISO 27001 or similar.
• Drive system scalability and reliability by implementing automation and continuous improvement practices.
• Handle operational incidents, including escalation management across AI cloud products, ensuring timely resolution and minimal disruptions.
• Develop and refine operational strategies to enhance the performance, security, and reliability of GPU cloud infrastructure.
• Establish and maintain operational procedures (e.g., SOPs, EOPs) to address daily challenges and support streamlined operations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes, enhance customer satisfaction, and meet service delivery targets.
• Lead security management processes to identify, contain, and resolve threats affecting data center and GPU hardware environments.
• Ensure compliance with best practices in data protection, infrastructure security, and regulatory standards.

The Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in managing complex data center and cloud infrastructure operations, with a focus on GPU and liquid cooling technologies.
• Expertise in GPU hardware management, including configuration, performance optimization, and monitoring.
• Solid understanding of hardware infrastructure security, operations, and management best practices.
• Proficiency in Linux and hypervisor administration for GPU infrastructure and cloud environments.
• Proven leadership skills, with the ability to mentor, guide, and build high-performing teams.
• Strong problem-solving abilities, particularly in system optimization and technical troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of storage technologies, capacity planning, and data protection solutions.
• Familiarity with industry-standard frameworks, such as ISO 27001, to ensure compliance and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

1. Project Assistance and Coordination
