The Change Enablement Manager ensures the consistent application of best practice Change Management activities across Programme Management, Business Excellence, Technology and beyond, to drive the realisation of the organisation’s strategic objectives. This role is not only responsible for developing, maintaining, and improving the Transformation Division’s suite of Change Management methodologies, but to also support practical coaching and mentoring, embedding Change Management as a normalised activity, and realising genuine mindset shifts across the organisation.
