The Lead Faculty Fellowship is a renewable 4-year administrative appointment. Here’s What You Need:

• Minimum 6 years of strategy consulting experience at a consulting firm
• Minimum 5 years of proven experience in at least one of the following: operating model strategy, technology in M&A, technology cost optimization, or technology driven revenue growth strategy
• Minimum 6 years of experience writing business cases
• Minimum 2 years of experience leading or managing small teams effectively including planning/structuring analytical work, facilitating team workshops, and developing technology strategy recommendations
• Curiosity about technology and its influences on business and work
• You have shown critical thinking, ability to question decisions and provide creative solutions
• Experience leading small high impact teams
• You have top-notch communication (written and oral) and people skills
• You have strong presentation skills: ability to synthesize information and the ability to bring a message forward
• You can create and drive executive messaging
• Knowledgeable in at least two technology strategy domains e.g. Tech value optimization; IT operating model, Technology enabled growth, etc
• You can develop practical roadmaps that support the enabling of technology transformation
• Ability to travel
• Bachelor’s degree with outstanding academic track record from a leading university

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Define and implement QA strategies, test plans, and test cases for web applications.
• Lead and mentor a team of QA engineers, fostering collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Oversee all testing phases, including functional, integration, regression, performance, and security.
• Implement automation frameworks and optimize testing tools for continuous testing.
• Manage defect tracking, root cause analysis, and resolution to ensure seamless delivery.
• Ensure compliance with security, accessibility, and regulatory standards for web platforms.

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years' experience of working experience in software testing and 2 years in leadership role
• Proficiency with QA tools (e.g., Selenium, JIRA, Postman) and automation frameworks (e.g., Katalon Studio, pCloudy).
• Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies, along with scripting or programming languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript).
• Experience with performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter, LoadRunner) and end-to-end QA for complex web applications.
