Responsible for supporting the Executive Chinese Chef in managing the daily production, preparation and presentation of Chinese restaurant operations.

Focus on all hot cooking inclusive assist junior steamer to make sure all products in term of food quality and taste must consistency (inclusive of in-room dining, banquet functions and outside catering), monitor and delegating job duties for junior colleagues. YOUR DAY-TO-DAY

• Administers and adhere HACCP policies and procedures within the hotel

We are looking for an experienced Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Infrastructure Management to join our team. The ideal candidate should have extensive knowledge and hands-on experience in managing and automating infrastructure using Chef and Terraform. Roles & Responsibilities:
• Lead the design, implementation, and automation of infrastructure using Chef and Terraform.

Skills:

• Strong hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP infrastructure automation.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and microservices architecture is a plus.
• Deep understanding of Terraform (Infrastructure as Code).
• Knowledge of scripting languages such as Python, Shell, Ruby
• Familiarity with Ansible or other configuration management tools is a plus.

Responsibilities:

1. Payment Settlement Operations:

• Oversee and manage daily payment settlement and clearing transactions.
