Job Description:

• Work with Project Manager to confirm system designs and procurement
• Monitor project progress of sub-contractors and conduct site inspections regularly
• Manage sub-contractors for efficient and prompt completion of work
• Make sure project is carried out according to schedule
• Review and align Fire protection design drawings to ensure compliance with design specifications and guidelines (Sprinkler System, Fire Alarm System, Hose reel System, Wet/Dry riser system, Fire Hydrant System, Fire man intercom system)
• Attending to all site meetings with owner, consultants and main contractors on all matters related to the project operation and coordination
• Follow up with maintenance of fire protection systems during DLP
• Raise MR and order material & arrange manpower for necessary works
• To do quantities take off & prepare cost breakdown and comparison sheet
• Other scope of work to be assigned by the Management

Requirement:

• MUST possess at least Diploma / Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent
• MUST have at least 3 years relevant work experience in Fire Protection System/Sprinkler System
• Experience in Data Centre will be an added advantage
• Good communicator with excellent coordination skills
• Committed individual with great initiative and strong problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of AutoCAD added advantage

Job Description:

• Develop, update, prepare 3D model and shop drawings for submission to the clients and construction using BIM software
• Handle designing and drafting work as assigned by the Architects or engineers under minimal supervision
• Work in accordance with project scope and schedule, and ensure accuracy
• Ensure models and/or drawings produced to comply with applicable codes, standards and specifications
• Complete drafting responsibilities within schedule assigned
• Review drawings and ensure it is within drafting standards prior to submissions
• Maintain all revisions of drawings for future references
