We are looking for a strategic and results-driven E-Commerce Director to lead and scale our online sales channels. The E-Commerce Director will be responsible for driving revenue growth through Sunnystep’s digital platforms, enhancing the online customer experience, and overseeing all e-commerce operations. You will also be responsible for:

• Strategic Leadership
  Develop and implement a comprehensive e-commerce strategy to achieve revenue, profit, and growth objectives.

We would want to speak with you if you are / have –

• Experience: Minimum 7-10 years of e-commerce experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership role. Experience in consumer lifestyle brands preferred.
• Technical Skills: Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento), analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics), and digital marketing strategies.
• Data-Driven: Proven ability to use data insights to drive decision-making and achieve measurable results.

Strategic Role:
