· Position: Accounts Executive

· Location: Clarke Quay (Walking distance from MRT)

· Working hours: Monday to Friday (9.30am - 6.30pm)

· Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $4,200 + AWS + Performance Bonus

· Duration: Permanent

Main Responsibilities:

· Accounts receivables reconciliation (cash, credit cards, other e-payments)

· Supplier payments processing

· Cash flow monitoring and bank reconciliations

· Inventory reconciliations and reporting

· Payroll processing includes salary adjustment, CPF, IR8A, pay-slip

· Submit monthly GTO, Quarterly GST reporting

· Month-end closing and year-end closing

· Prepare management accounts, working capital schedules

· Liaise with Auditor, support filling process

Requirements:

· Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese clients who can converse in Mandarin only.

· At least Diploma in Accounting and 2 years of relevant working experience

· Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and Xero
