• Maintain quality control and production records
• Schedule work assignments and prepare work schedules
• Evaluate work performance, and recommend personnel actions, such as promotions, transfers, and dismissals
• Oversee maintenance of greenhouses and equipment
• Confer with other supervisors to coordinate activities of individual departments
• Perform other duties as assigned
• Experience in a production environment (Mechanical and Electrical works)
• Experience managing workers
• Knowledge of plant operation
• Ability to monitor and maintain safety protocols

Salary: $1800 - $2000 per month

Job Duties & Responsibilities

· Assist in loading & unloading goods

· Inspecting & documenting incoming and outgoing shipments

· Receiving & signing for deliveries

· Inspecting deliveries to ensure they match order & invoice criteria

· Properly accounting for incoming goods & their location in the warehouse

· Counting & verifying quantities with packing list

· Updating inventory with incoming/outgoing goods

· Ensuring that there are no damaged items sent or received

· Maintain records of all transactions & discrepancies

· To highlight to supervisor any problems encountered in the course of their duties

· Comply with company policies and guidelines

· Assist in keeping a safe work environment

Job Requirements

· Regularly lift and/or move objects

· Ability to work independently.

· Good communication & interpersonal skills

· Able to work under pressure

Working Hours

· 5.5 day work week

· Mon – Fri: 8.30am - 5.30pm

· Sat: 8.30am – 12.30pm
