• Handle customs documentation and clearances. Generate permits for import/export (in pipeline – subject to certification)
• Coordinate with Depot on container collection and returns
• Maintain accurate records of all shipments, including tracking information and shipping costs.

- Work with customer service to address any shipping-related inquiries or issues.

Qualifications:

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: Previous experience in a shipping or logistics environment preferred.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain schedules based on orders, forecasts, and inventory, while coordinating with sales, marketing, and production teams.
• Conduct MRP analysis, coordinate with procurement and suppliers, and monitor inventory to ensure timely availability and optimal turnover.
• Ensure on-time deliveries by addressing bottlenecks, balancing workloads, and communicating schedules with stakeholders.
• Identify inefficiencies, implement changes to enhance productivity, and monitor KPIs for continuous improvement.
• Address potential schedule risks, develop contingency plans, and handle any ad-hoc tasks assigned by management.
