Job Description:
•Upkeeping test lab and adherence to the lab operational requirements in accordance to the Organisation Principle PQS
•Conduct testing accordance to applicable product standards, guidelines, regulations and dormakaba Corporate Standard (DCS)
•Conduct qualification test of new product or revised component with issuing of test report and recommendations to the test findings
•Develop test scripts, issues tracking and test management
•Prepare samples and coordinate with PQS EN or certification bodies for product certifications
•Manage annual notified body surveillance testing and follow up on non-conformance cases
•Support investigations of product failures
•Actively participate and manage projects to meet deadline
•Evaluation and analysis of competitors’ products – teardown analysis, VA/VE
Job Requirements
•Diploma/Degree in engineering with minimum 2 years of experience, preferably with working experiences in production quality or test lab environment
•Good hands-on skills in hand tools and able to handle installation of fixtures/machinery with weight up to 30kg
•Possess good knowledge in failure analysis of metals and materials related products
•Experience with testing or life cycle management tools an advantage
•Familiar with CAD software is preferable
