Responsibilities

• Executes and manages topside module construction and integration projects as per contractual specification and quality standard with agreed timeline and safely.
• Leads the project team in completing the project(s) by a set deadline to uphold company initiatives and objectives.
• Involves in all stages of the integration from preparation to completion of topside systems.
• Oversees the supervision on site, this includes the supervision of construction and outfitting work and attendance at inspections and tests of structure, machinery, equipments and systems.
• Enforces HSE Focus IOGP/HIRA/GOLDEN Rule, Safety audit, Safety Campaigns and Drills. Weekly HSE walkthrough to focus on critical work area and carryout engagement of workforce on site.

• Coordinates with Equipment Package Manager/Engineer to ensure the timely installation of equipment/bulk deliveries as well as vendor certified documents.

Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Naval Architecture / Civil / Marine and Offshore / Mechanical / Electrical / Chemical Engineering/Project Management.
• Minimum 4 years of relevant working experience in FPSO/ FLNG conversion projects and comprehensive knowledge on functionality of FPSO/ FLNG
• Possess working experience related to testing and calibration of FPSO/ FLNG instrument, DCS/ ICSS system knowledge and networking
• Demonstrated leadership and people management skills, with ability to handle complex projects and lead multi-discipline team
• Familiar with all the Vessel class regulation and codes
• Have a proven track record of hands-on working knowledge in FPSO/ FLNG conversion projects

The Lead LPM will manage the hand off and delivery of multiple localisation projects of different sizes, simultaneously within the timeframe agreed with the client.

Responsibilities:

Client Relationship:

• Work closely with the client’s localisation team on project specifications.
• Communicate regularly and professionally with the client’s localisation team.

Communication:

• Manage all communication channels on assigned projects.
• Ensure communication is clear and concise on project requirements to other Keywords offices and the client’s language providers and development teams.

Project Management:

• Work with the client’s localisation tool to organise tasks and deliveries.
