Job Description

• Develop & implement QMS system & take the lead of continuous improvement process & initiatives
• Provide root cause analysis & preventive action plans to resolve non-compliance issues
• Analyze internal & external data to identify areas for improvement & communicate with relevant parties for quality improvements
• Ensure the compliance with ISO 9001 & all relevant standards to both internal company policies & customer standards
• Maintains and implements the Quality Management System (QMS) for the organization.
• Manages Quality Assurance and Quality Control (QA&QC) by conducting audits for quality system conformance, and by liaising across departments to maintain good documentation control and management.
• Conducts investigations into inconsistent quality processes and non-conformance and recommends preventive actions to eliminate recurrences of such issues.
• Monitors product failure data and performance trends, and initiates remedial actions with relevant departments, where necessary.
• Identifies opportunities and prepares recommendations for continuous improvement in quality, productivity and cost efficiency.
• Handle Customer Complaint resolution, onsite & offsite
• Lead supervise OQA production lot acceptance and FAI submission team for achieving OTD objective.

Job Requirements

• Diploma/Bachelor Degree in Precision Engineering, Mechanical, Quality, Engineering or equivalent.
• Meticulous, thinks systematically and is able to work independently.
• Possesses good organization, problem-solving, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Good knowledge of Quality Management System and ISO 9001-2015. Certified Auditor will be a plus.
• Knowledge of LEAN Six Sigma and 8D Discipline methodology highly desirable.
• MS Excel, PowerPoint a MUST and ERP knowledge an advantage.

As part of the Medical Social Services team, you will be responsible for the counseling of patients on the use of CPF (Central Provident Fund) Medisave accounts, apply governmental financial assistance schemes to assist patients in need, explain chronic care management packages available at our polyclinics, process case documents and write social reports to facilitate the financial applications. You will also conduct peer’s audit check on Medicare Assistance, ensure proper documentation, filing and safekeeping of Medisave Authorization Form (MAF) for patients and perform daily reconciliation of MAF (Medisave Application Form) to the Medisave sign-up cases in the clinic system. You will be required to provide assistance and support to the Medical Social Workers in social service case management for patients in need at the polyclinic.

You are also required to perform any other responsibilities as assigned by the supervisors.

Requirements:

• Possess a Diploma / Higher NITEC / A-Level
• At least 1 to 2 years of customer service experience
• Pleasant personality with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Meticulous and have an eye for numbers
• Experience in the social service sector and/or counselling will be an advantage

• Proficient in AutoCAD, PhotoShop and Sketchup, Enscape or VRay.
• Experience in design development, tender, specification and construction drawings.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, self-motivated, hardworking, meticulous willing to work independently and as a team.
• Project Site Experience.

Requirements:

2-4 years relevant working experience.

Diploma/ Degree in Architecture or related field.

• Ensure project team's current workflow practices are in line with company standards and proposed improvements.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES AND DESCRIPTION

• Support in project scope management: develops and maintains project documentation which includes creating project business case, project schedule and issue list, establishing role & responsibility and key tasks/milestones.
• Collaborate with cross discipline team members to make sure that all parties are aligned to project requirements/scopes, schedules and costs.
• Build and sustain effective communication with other roles involved in the project.
• Assist to write business requirements documents for projects/enhancements.
• Assist supervisor and team in super user/end user acceptance testing, including executing some test scripts and overseeing and execution of process training.
• Manage change requests to ensure all parties are informed of the impacts on schedule and budget.
• Support in pre and post implementation audits.
• Manage customer satisfaction within the project period.
• Support to ensure a seamless handover of successfully implemented project to operations team
• Perform other job-related functions as assigned.
