Job Description

• Responsible for day-to-day admin and account work.
• Reply and follow-up customer required.
• Support the accounting team with basic bookkeeping tasks.
• Process invoices, receipts, payments, and expenses in timely manner.
• Assist in processing and updating client’s data.
• Perform month-end closing duties.
• Handle incoming email & prepare quotation.
• Handle general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document management.
• Organize and maintain office operations and procedures.
• Perform scanning, filing, and organization of documents for record-keeping.
• Undertake other ad-hoc duties as assigned by management to support team operations.

Requirements:

• Higher Nitec in Accounting & Finance or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of experience in accounting & finance.
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel & Word).
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently.

Responsibilities:

· Keep the office pantry area clean & tidy. Maintaining the general cleanliness of pantry appliances and cleaning equipment safely and efficiently.

· Prepare beverages for bosses and guests.

· Keep pantry supplies well-stocked and neatly arranged

· Other ad-hoc responsibilities by management

· Requirements:

· Preferably with 1 - 2 years of pantry housekeeping experience

· Has initiative and a positive working attitude
