• To drive company's lorry to deliver goods
• Need to pick goods from warehouse
• Ensure warehouse is neat and tidy
• Assist with other departments

Job Requirements

• Physically fit and able to carry heavy goods
• Valid class 3 license

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, finance, business administration, or similar.
• A master's degree in a relevant field will be advantageous.
• At least two years' experience as a marketing manager.
• Proficiency in electronic marketing automation software such as HubSpot Marketing and Bitrix24.
• Extensive knowledge of marketing strategies, channels, and branding.
• Superb leadership, communication, and collaboration abilities.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong time management and organizational abilities.

Job Scope

• Manage reputable clients account
• Demonstrate strong phone handling skills by actively listening and responding to clients with emotional intelligence.
• Swift handling of customer inquiries.
• Update details of customer inquiries, comments, and complaints in the database and action taken for verification and training purposes.
• Prompt follow-ups on customer interactions via email.
• Keeping Proof of Delivery (POD) records of customers and proper filing of documents.
• Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude towards customers at all times.

Requirements

• Polytechnic Diploma/BA degree. Preferably in Business Administration, Accounting, or equivalent.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft applications (Excel, Word, etc).
• Experience working in a customer service focused environment.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• Your unique personality! A great sense of humor is an advantage.

Looking for beauty consultation to manage the following work scope:

1. Attend customer

2. Perform Facial, threadding , waxing, hari coloring / dressing , eye brow etc

3. Do the sales and bussiness development

4. Open and clean the parlour every day

11. Minimum 3 years experience

• Provide driving service in/out of workshop
• To shift vehicles in and out of workshop for repair and services after registration at counter
• To send vehicle to LTA inspection
• To arrange and park vehicle properly and orderly in docking area
• To conduct road test for vehicle as required
• To assist in handling/taking over of courtesy vehicle
• To assist in checking courtesy vehicle status
• To assist in collection and sending vehicles outside workshop
• To ensure docking area tidiness and cleanliness
• To assist Service Department with adhoc trips such as collection of payment/spares
• To assist in washing/cleaning of Service Department courtest vehicle

Requirements

• Class 3 & 4 Driving License
