Experience and Qualifications

• Degree (PhD, Master's, Bachelor's) in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Finance, Risk Management, or related field.
• Proven experience building risk models such as Application Score, Behavior Score, PD, EAD, LGD (Basel or IFRS 9), especially for retail customers in diverse countries including Singapore.
• Comprehensive understanding of risk management throughout the customer journey within fintech or risk-focused environments.
• Domain expertise in retail credit products, banking, and regulatory frameworks (Basel, IFRS).
• Proficiency in Python, R, SQL, Snowflake and Data Visualization tools like Tableau.
• Technical proficiency in data retrieval, data modeling, data mining, and predictive modeling.
• Strong familiarity with advanced machine learning techniques, statistical classification/regression for credit risk.

PURPOSE:

The Legal Counsel is to provide assigned business units with legal advice, to provide legal support to business activities and any strategic and operational matters and issues. This will include but not be limited to providing legal advice, legal support and contract review in respect of all contractual transactions (including but not limited to regional tenders, bids and all contract management related matters. The Legal Counsel shall be part of the Asia Pacific Legal Team and shall provide legal advice and support on any projects and tasks assigned by the General Counsel (General Manager Legal) or designated team leader / supervisor. These projects can include but shall not be limited to matters relating to: corporate secretariat, governance & compliance, disputes & litigation as well as investigation and intellectual property matters.

RESPONSIBILITIES & TASKS

1. To provide competent and sound legal advice to the Company, the FB Group and its Affiliates in a practical, efficient and timely manner.
2. To review/draft contracts pertaining to the business including but not limited to supplier contracts, customer contracts, inter-company contracts as well as regional tenders, bids, international sales/service transactions as well contracts with a global / multi-jurisdictional perspective.
3. To negotiate with external parties (including but not limited to suppliers and customers of the Company) on legal issues and work to resolve any legal related matters arising between the Company and such external parties, suppliers or customers.
4. To provide legal advice. legal support and work with the Company’s internal customers and stakeholders (internal functions) including but not limited to the sales/marketing department and all corporate support functions.
5. To coordinate and co-operate with all related organizations including FB Asia Pacific affiliates, FB Japan, FF Japan, FUJIFILM Holdings and the overall FUJIFILM Group to work on contracts, legal matters and any other matters so assigned by the General Counsel.
6. To raise and highlight all and any material legal issues to the supervisor / reporting manager / General Counsel and/or senior management whenever necessary.

The National University of Singapore invites applications for a Research Fellow in the Department of Medicine, Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine.

Main duties and responsibilities

The Research Fellow (RF) will be responsible to, and work closely with, the Principal Investigator (PI) and study team members to successfully deliver research outcomes pursued in several nationally funded projects:

Ischaemic stroke and cardiovascular diseases, focused on biomarker discovery and validation using preclinical vascular and animal models. A key focus of the work is to understand the reasons why strokes occur and how to identify high-risk individuals for more intensive interventions. This work leverages on a well-phenotyped repository of samples from stroke patients who have been meticulously characterized by whole-exome sequencing, RNA-seq and proteomics and outcomes collected in patients who were followed for more than 10 years.

The Finance Operations team manages Google's cash transactions on a global basis and ensures that Google's incoming and outgoing cash processes are controlled, effective and efficient. As a member of this team, you'll find innovative ways to manage our complex set of transactions. The Revenue to Cash Operations team manages Google's Revenue-to-Cash processes globally across all product areas, including Ads, Digital Goods, Cloud, and Hardware. We ensure Google’s revenues are transformed to cash in an efficient, controlled and compliant manner. • Design the strategy for your area in line with the team's overall direction.
• Analyze complex datasets to understand ways to improve processes.
• Provide performance reporting and analysis to executive management and risk identification and mitigation.
• Collaborate with the Revenue to Cash Operations, Cash, and AR Management organization to ensure a high standard of execution for operational activities. This includes service level agreements, adherence to documented processes and quality of results.

Minimum qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
• 7 years of experience in financial analysis, budgeting, operations, consulting, program management, process design, process improvement, or business process re-engineering
• 3 years of experience in data and analytics

What You’ll Do

As a Solution Architect, you will be working with a variety of customers from all sectors and industries to provide consultancy and Oracle Cloud implementation services for our customers. YOU HAVE broad understanding of solutions, industry best practices, multiple business processes or technology designs across multiple product/technology families within Oracle Fusion Cloud suite of products. Works directly with Consulting sales to analyze customer business needs and owns and drive solution architecture in large deals and large projects.

Your core responsibility is to operate independently to provide quality work products to an engagement, understand customers' business challenges and requirements, identify business processes and opportunities to increase efficiency, recommend and influence customer leadership in acceptance of best practice based and innovative solutions using Oracle's Cloud Applications and Technology solutions.
