Responsibilities:

1. Assist M&E Engineer, Superintending Officer Representation (SO Rep) and Resident Engineer (RE) in the supervision and quality assurance of construction works on site
2. Provide standing supervision as and when required by the M&E Engineer, SO Rep and RE
3. To ensure all installation methods and material used are in accordance with the approved drawings and specifications
4. Liaise with the Contractors/ sub-contractors and other Resident Technical Officers (RTO) in the coordination of site works
5. Highlight discrepancies, resolve site M&E issues and monitor site progress
6. Feedback site progress and irregularities to M&E Engineer, SO Rep and RE
7. Attend site meetings, site inspections, testing and commissioning
8. To check as-built drawings to tally with site installation
9. Ensure the contractors maintain work safety, cleanliness and tidiness of the site
10. Documentation of site records, ie. Inspection records, T&C records, site meetings etc.
11. Aware of the potential and actual OH&S hazards of his activities at the workplace and to highlight / communicate to the PM when he knows of any irregularities. He shall be aware of his individual OH&S obligations by ensuring that he is adequately equipped with appropriate safety gears, by observing closely to all safety rules / regulations / procedures at site and by attending all relevant site safety trainings.

Requirements

1. Diploma in Electrical/ Mechanical or Building Services Engineering from local Polytechnic or other tertiary institutions of equivalent standing
2. Minimum eight (8) years of M&E work experience as a Resident Technical Officer

The Department of Information Systems and Analytics (DISA) is part of the NUS School of Computing (SoC). SoC is ranked 1st in Asia and 6th in the World for Artificial Intelligence and Data Science in the QS World University Rankings by Subject 2024. DISA presently offers two full-time undergraduate programmes – Bachelor of Computing in Business Artificial Intelligence Systems and Bachelor of Science in Business Analytics. Roles and Responsibilities

The Department

Capital Markets IT (CMI) is the IT department within the bank focused on solutions related to Capital Markets. Capital Markets IT involves technology solutions and systems used in financial markets for trading, investment, and related activities. This includes electronic trading platforms, risk management systems, market risk, counterparty risk, algorithmic trading, data analytics, and Regulatory measures. The use of advanced technologies like cloud and artificial intelligence is also becoming increasingly prevalent in capital markets to enhance efficiency and decision-making processes.

Job Responsibilities

· Responsible for the design, development, maintenance of applications and systems as well as IT production and management of the Bank's technical infrastructures.

· At the forefront of technological innovation, its teams provide technical and functional support for the development activities and projects of the various Corporate and Investment Banking professions in an international environment.

· Develop and implement advanced machine learning and deep learning models to automate and transform business processes in the capital markets value chain

· Use and create data science models to produce strategic insights, develop sophisticated predictive models and deploy solutions meeting current standards.

· Use generative AI models to create synthetic financial data, simulate market scenarios, generate new investment ideas, automate post-trade processes, and enrich seller interactions with relevant stakeholders.

· Collaborate with quantitative analysts and traders to design solutions based on artificial intelligence.

· Develop a product mindset on the exploitation of AI models to improve and build functional blocks in the IS ecosystem

· Work closely with technical and business teams to resolve complex problems.

Qualifications and Profile

Experience required 10 years minimum in an IT functional architecture position or equivalent role

· Expertise in machine learning, deep learning, generative AI and MLOps.

· Knowledge of data management practices to clean, preprocess and transform data sets for model training

· Mastery of AI algorithms and frameworks (e.g., Tensorflow, PyTorch, Scikit, etc.)

· Knowledge of GEN AI and LLM technologies on the public Cloud using RAG patterns

· Understanding the ethical principles to better generate embeddings for GenAI.

· Expertise in Python, .NET or Java, DevOps / MLOps / LLMOps (GitLab CI/CD, Kubernetes, AWS Cloud

The Role

This is a role based in the Information Systems (IT) team and you will be responsible for administering and optimizing our CRM system to support our fast-growing commercial environment. Your expertise will ensure our core systems are reliable, accurate, and tailored to day-to-day user needs while delivering key insights to leadership.

Job Responsibilities

1. System Administration Support:

• Provide system administration support for CRM systems, particularly related to user permissions, custom objects, and workflows.
• Customize the CRM platform by creating, managing, and optimizing complex workflow rules, validation rules, and approval processes.

2. Data Analysis and Reporting:

• Analyze data and create reports to gain insights into team operations and productivity.
• Leverage CRM data to enhance customer engagement and retention.

3. Integration and Collaboration:

• Coordinate and support integrations with third-party applications, including SAP, MRI & other ERP System.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop effective CRM strategies.

4. User Experience Enhancement:

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Information Technology) and project management certification.
• Proven experience in CRM administration and configuration, with 4 - 7 years of relevant experience.
• Complete at least 1-3 end-to-end Full implementation cycle and projects involving over 100 users.
• Excellent and proven interpersonal skills, and strong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to influence/persuade as well as engender trust and respect.
• Demonstrable experience of applying effective problem identification and problem-solving techniques
• Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, HubSpot).
• Proficiency in Power BI for data visualization and reporting.
• Experience with SAP and other ERP System integration is a plus.
• Experience with development skill is a plus.
• Demonstrable understanding of data platform technology landscape and CRM technologies.
