Job Summary:

The Finance and Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing the financial and operational activities of the company. Financial Management

· Manage day-to-day financial operations, including accounts payable/receivable, invoicing and reconciliations and financial reporting.

· Monitor budgets and ensure efficient use of resources.

· Assist in tax filings, audits, and liaise with external accountants.

· Conduct financial analysis to support strategic decision-making

· Implement cost-saving initiatives and financial best practices.

Human Resources Management

Qualifications and Skills:
