Responsibilities

1. Clinical

• Ensure compliance with SOPs and regulations of all relevant authorities
• Conduct admission / routine assessment on residents/clients
• Develop treatment plans
• Work closely with multi-disciplinary team for the conduct of OT programmes and activities for residents/clients
• Participate in multi-disciplinary meetings
• Keep proper records of all services performed
• Perform home services or services at other designated locations as and when assigned

2. Supervisory & Management

• Supervise & provide training to junior support care staff for OT related activities
• Proper management of resources to ensure cost effective, meet quality and productivity
• Maintain and upkeep a proper equipment & inventory control with regular inspection and audits. Report faulty equipment timely.
• Review and provide suggestions to improve work processes
• Lead and implement quality improvement project(s)
• Ensure proper documentation and billing for residents/clients

3. Others

• Assume any other additional responsibilities as assigned by Supervisor or the Management.

Requirements

• Full registration with AHPC Singapore, must possess a recognised qualification in Occupational Therapy
• At least 3 years of relevant working experience in healthcare setting
• Willing to travel across Singapore

Project Overview

SMART CAMP (Critical Analytics for Manufacturing Personalized-Medicine) is a interdisciplinary research programme in Singapore (CREATE international research campus and innovation hub) and at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT). SMART CAMP addresses key technology bottlenecks in cell therapy manufacturing: (i) critical quality attributes of safe, effective cell therapy products; and (ii) integrated process analytics to monitor and modulate those attributes. While cell therapies are poised to transform healthcare for both the industry and the patient, there remain many outstanding scientific and technical challenges to significant global impact that this R&D programme addresses. This high-impact focus includes measurement and feedback control of processing parameters (process analytic technologies, or PAT) that contribute to cell viability and function during cell proliferation, and the measurement at intermediate and final steps of the cell product properties correlated with positive therapeutic outcomes (critical quality attributes, or CQA).

This interdisciplinary team comprises engineers, biologists, clinicians, manufacturing, and data analytics experts from multiple MIT academic units, and multiple Singapore-based universities, research centres of excellence, and hospitals who are experienced at translational demonstrations of technologies in safety-regulated industries such as cell therapies.

CAMP’s unique, enabling and cross-cutting capabilities include cell and clinical biology, microfluidics, real-time optics and spectroscopies, 3D-printed devices, process analytics, data analytics, and bioinformatics. This programme will demonstrate these approaches required of cell-based personalized medicine through three translational testbeds (three Flagship Projects), ultimately facilitating access for more patients to life-saving, approved cell therapies for currently intractable health challenges. These flagship projects will address allogeneic and autologous cell therapy products, including but not limited to cell sources including adult stem/progenitor cells and immune cells for treatment of specific cancers, tissue degeneration, and autoimmune diseases.

Responsibilities

SMART CAMP research focuses on multiple immune cell types and targeted indications, including CAR-T cells for cancer therapeutics. Our experts in immunology at the basic and translational levels work on the development of both the cells’ critical quality attributes (CQA) and culture systems’ process analytic technologies (PAT). This Research Engineer / Senior Research Engineer will assist our researchers in laboratory organization, as well as in research and process development, including experiments related to:

• Immune cell culture and CAR-T cell manufacturing
• Immune cell isolation, activation, transduction, and expansion
• Immune cell characterization and profiling
• Clinical sample processing
• Lentivirus production
• Plasmid preparation

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science / Life Sciences / Bio-Engineering / Chem-Engineering Degree or Diploma.
• Research experience with aseptic cell culture is a must.

Responsibilities:

• Participate in the micro-architecture design and/or implementation of SoC subsystems such as multicore processors, cache, and interconnect
• Work with senior architects to optimize the performance, power, and area of the SoC subsystems
• Architectural modelling/simulation, performance analysis, and identifying bottlenecks
• Maintain and automate the development environment

Qualification：

• BS/MS/Phd in Electrical & Electronic Engineering, Computer Science or related fields.
• Basic knowledge of computer architecture, such as CPU micro-architecture, multicore processing, network-on-chip, memory hierarchy
• Competent in C/C++ coding skills, including OOP, Data Structures etc.
• Familiar with basic software engineering skills
• Experienced with version control systems like git/mercurial
• Any of following skills is a plus

1. RTL design (Verilog/VHDL/Chisel)
2. Assembly language programming (x86/ARM/RISCV)
3. Scripting in python etc

With this reorganization and transformation, we are looking for a new 'Business Project Manager', who are required to act as the top of newly-established organization responsible for business development and its project management in new business domains (in areas of chemicals, life sciences, pharmaceutical, industrial and urban infrastructure, etc.).

[Job Description]

• Work closely with Director of the company, as a lead of new organization, to develop sales and project development/management strategies and drive its execution for business expansion to achieve the company's targets.
• Take a lead for sales activities, concurrently as technical sales, to customers together with Director and sales team of the company covering Singapore and its neighbouring markets in APAC region to penetrate new business domain.
• Work closely with Director and sales department of the company, from the viewpoint of technical aspect, interpret market segment information and secure business opportunities in new business domains in Singapore and its neighbouring countries in APAC region.
• Take a lead of a series of process from development of project by eliciting needs from customers and making proposals, to receiving orders and successfully executing them, including;

1. Evaluate, screen, review and make decisions on whether or not to work on the project.

2. Negotiate several conditions of contract with clients.

3. Initiate and responsible for organizing a team and execute estimation work & project operation.

4. Collect execution data and conducts a post-implementation review internally.

• Responsible for project management and execution of all types of PJ (FEED and EPC such as, conceptual design, basic & detailed engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning) in the field of new business domains.
• Communicate with various stakeholders, including partners, vendors, subcontractors, relevant government agencies and customers (including existing and new customers) in Singapore and across the APAC region to build and maintain trusting relationships.
• Manage and ensure sound performance (including cost, time, quality and safety) in the projects carried out by the organization. The role is expected to report to the Director on a regular or as-needed basis on the performance of the projects as required to achieve the goals of JGCAP and the Group as a whole.

[Job Requirement]

• 10+ years of experience in managing EPC projects in the oil & gas or industrial and urban infrastructure related industry.
• In-depth working knowledge of industrial code and standards commonly applied to oil & gas EPC project such as API, ASTM, IBC is a must.
• At least 3 years of experience in Feasibility Study, Front-End Engineering Design, and EPC projects in the oil & gas or industrial and urban infrastructure related industry as a Project Manager.
• At least 10 years' experience of client-facing and communication in the oil & gas or industrial and urban infrastructure related industry, as well as experience of leading the communication with 3rd party vendors or subcontractors for effective execution of projects.
• Proven track record of developing project and winning orders through several approach of proposal to client.
• In depth knowledge and experience in Lump-Sum Turn Key-basis EPC project in the Asia-Oceania region.
• Experience of leading a team of more than 30 employees.
• Excellent interpersonal and analytical skills with the ability to think "outside the box" to solve problems.
