Responsibilities:

• Manage and drive the Asset Management’s service delivery processes for Managed Services’ outsourcing clients

Prof. Phanish Puranam seeks a full-time Postdoctoral Researcher at INSEAD’s Singapore campus starting beginning of 2025. The postdoctoral researcher will be provided with a salary and a small personal research budget and will join in the ongoing research of Prof. Puranam and collaborators on the theme of “Organizations and Algorithms”. This work covers different ways in which algorithms relate to organizations, in their roles as tools (e.g., machine learning applied to organizational data), models (e.g., computational models of organizations as aggregations of learning agents) and as members (e.g., human-AI collaboration). This is a full time one or two years position, assuming academic achievement and service at a level at or above expectations, with a formal review after the first year.
