Job Description

• Manage and administer leases in a portfolio of Office/ Logistic properties

The role

You will be responsible for supporting and/or leading our Product Development team with the development of our samples from sampling up to pre-production stages for our womenswear lines. Main responsibilities

Your main responsibilities will be split into 2 sections: 

LB Women’s Apparel

• Manage all aspects of product development and garment construction
• Arrange and run fittings with designers to ensure accurate fit and execution
• Recognising and solving tricky fit problems 
• Prepare and send Technical and Fit comments to suppliers
• Accurately measure garments to identify any fit issues 
• Execute fit comments in a timely manner to ensure fit process stays in line with production and action timelines

• Effectively manage and dissect costs to hit targeted margins for the respective lines

Special Projects

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimally a Diploma in Fashion Apparel or relevant textile/clothing experience acquired in manufacturing
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in the apparel industry

Responsibilities

Payroll Processing & Administration

• Liaise and work closely with payroll vendor to ensure the monthly payroll computations and ad-hoc payroll computations for new joiners and terminations are accurate and in compliance with Singapore labour laws and statutory requirements.
• Ensure the accuracy of payroll data by verifying data against supporting documents.
• Liaise and manage payroll vendors in overseas offices (e.g. China) to review and process payroll for overseas employees in compliance with local tax and labour laws. Check overseas payroll reports (e.gs. Dubai and India).
• Ensure employee expense claims are accurately recorded in the payroll system for payment.

Job Description

• To research on redesign strategies to facilitate automation for construction industry from the perspective of tasks, environment, and components.
• To research and develop system of modular and reconfigurable robots and the relevant components. The aim is to enable a wide spectrum of manual works commonly encountered in construction industry to be completed by automation.

Qualifications

• PhD degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering;
• Experience in mobile manipulator (both hardware and software);
• Experience in ROS and robot simulation;
• Excellent communication skills;
• Good team player.
