Responsibilities:
* Proficiency in using office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic computer operations;
* Willing to collaborate with colleagues from other departments to achieve company goals;
* Responsible for managing daily paperwork, including files organization, report preparations, etc;
* Input and maintain key information in the company's database to ensure data accuracy and completeness;
* Manage and respond to emails and letters from both internal and external sources to facilitate timely communication;
* Reviewing construction plans and preparing quantity requirements;
* Scrutinizing maintenance and material costs, as well as contracts to ensure the best deals;
* Liaising with site managers, clients, contractors, and subcontractors;
* Preparing reports, analyses, contracts, budgets, risk assessment, and other documents;
* Advising managers and clients on improvements and new strategies;
* Keeping track of materials and ordering more when required.
Documenting any changes in design and updating budgets;
* Establishing and maintaining professional relationships with external and internal stakeholders;
* Responsible for progress payments claims & other contractual matters;
* Preparation and co-ordination of all correspondences with relevant parties and authorities.
Requirements:
* Candidates must have at least a bachelor’s degree.
* Candidates must have at least 3 years related working experience.
* Candidates must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, must have organizational and leadership abilities.
* Candidates must have self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
* Candidates must be hard-working, patient, creative, with a positive attitude.
* Candidates must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
* Candidates must accept OT.
* Candidates must accept work on weekends/PH.
* Candidates must accept night shift.
