The Data Center team designs and operates some of the most sophisticated electrical engineering, mechanical engineering and HVAC systems in the world. Facilities Technicians at Google data centers operate, monitor and support physical facilities conditions. Some of these duties will include heating and cooling of air and water, power supply, generators, UPS systems, electrical distribution and control and monitoring systems. You regularly help inspect, maintain and repair various data center systems such as piping and non-critical electrical or mechanical system components). You provide daily assistance to senior technicians as you read blueprints/schematics, conduct tours of systems and assess their working order.

As an advocate for best practices, you develop creative approaches to reducing operational costs while improving overall data center efficiency. You ensure that environmental and safety standards are consistently met, identifying problems and making repairs quickly. About the Role

The Medical Writer and Analyst positions are ideal for those with experience in scientific research and for enthusiastic recent graduates in the sciences who are seeking the opportunity to be part of a growing team. You will be based in our Singapore office working in our Asia-Pacific team, as well as collaborating with colleagues from our UK and US teams.

Medical Writers and Analysts work on projects involving the detailed analysis of data from clinical trials and the assimilation and creative presentation of this analysis in different formats including posters, slide sets, value dossiers, reports and peer-reviewed publications. • Market Access: Market access supports timely patient access to drugs and devices, involving the assessment of clinical efficacy and safety alongside costs to determine the value of a therapy within a specific disease area. Market access activities are targeted at a wide range of stakeholders who are instrumental to the successful funding and uptake of novel therapies, such as government bodies, payers, health technology appraisal (HTA) agencies, HCPs, and patients. Our Market Access team supports a wide range of clients in producing materials to demonstrate both the clinical and economic value of some of the newest, most innovative technologies in development.   Analysts working across our Market Access services support a diverse range of value and access, HTA and health economics projects. Our work includes rigorous systematic literature reviews that our Statisticians often use to conduct meta-analyses and network meta-analyses, therefore Analysts in this team work together with our Statisticians to provide seamless scientific and technical support to our clients. We also work on more creative and pragmatic evidence reviews to inform clients’ strategic decisions with regard to clinical development or market access. You will gain a thorough understanding of how to conduct various kinds of evidence review from searching to interpretation of statistical results and ensuring that the reviews conform to industry guidelines where applicable. About the Role

Project Coordinators are based in each of our scientific divisions and support with a wide range of administrative, project coordination and scientific tasks. These divisions are broadly described as Evidence Development, Medical Communications and Market Access. The Project Coordinator will be primarily based in our Evidence Development division, but will work cross-divisionally, giving them the opportunity to explore a wide variety of project types and responsibilities.

The responsibilities of the Project Coordinator role are varied. In a typical week, the majority of your time will be spent overseeing the delivery of scientific work to our clients in the healthcare sector, with responsibility for the smooth running of projects. This will include identifying and suggesting improvements to processes, as well as implementation of these changes, with the aim of enhancing quality and efficiency within the team and, where appropriate, across the wider company.

You may also work on internal projects that contribute to the successful operation of your team.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Formatting, consistency and general quality control review of scientific documents, including reimbursement submissions, reports, slide sets, manuscripts, abstracts and posters

The Recruitment Process

Our recruitment process includes two short assessments, followed by a video interview with a member of our Talent Acquisition team​. If successful, you will be invited to an interview. Our standard recruitment process lasts around 1 month; however, this can be adapted if necessary.

Job Description

• Responsible for MySQL database administration and management (capacity planning, installation, backup, recovery, monitoring, optimizations, troubleshooting, etc).
• Support the development team for MySQL database designing, creating, and optimising.
• Review existing software architecture and contribute to future improvements to enhance MySQL database stability and maximise performance.
• Define and develop projects that reduce MySQL database operational costs and automate regular tasks.
• Research and develop new technologies and approaches for building highly available data persistence systems.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Business Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, or related fields.
• Minimum 1 year of experience as database engineer.

RESPONSIBILITIES

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Compliance and Cyber Risk Manager to join our dynamic IT team. This role is crucial in ensuring our IT operations comply with IT general controls, SOX controls, and other regulatory requirements. Additionally, the manager will lead our Cyber Risk Quantification Program, identifying and mitigating cyber risks to protect our company's assets and reputation.

Responsibilities:

• Compliance Management:
• Ensure all IT operations comply with IT general controls, SOX controls, and other relevant framworks the company chose to company chose to complay with (e.g. NIST CSF, CERT RMM) regulatory requirements.
• Develop, implement, and maintain IT compliance methodology, policies and procedures.
• Work with your IT colleguaes to ensure compliance with internal and external standards. Lead regular assessment with the IT organisation.
• Collaborate with internal and external auditors to facilitate compliance audits and address findings.

• IT-Risk Management:
• Manage the internal Cyber Risk Quantification Program with the company tools to identify, assess, and quantify cyber risks.
• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of IT risk management initiatives.
• Stay updated on the latest IT Risks, cyber threats and vulnerabilities.

• Policy and Procedure Development:
• Develop and maintain IT compliance and cyber risk management policies and procedures.
• Ensure policies and procedures are communicated effectively to all relevant stakeholders.
• Provide training and guidance to IT staff on compliance and risk management best practices.

• Collaboration and Communication:
• Work closely with other departments to ensure a cohesive approach to IT compliance and cyber risk management.
• Communicate effectively with senior management, providing regular updates on compliance status and IT-Risk management activities.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for IT compliance and risk management issues.

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT compliance, ITGC and/or SOX controls, and IT risk management.
• Strong knowledge of IT general controls, Framworks, and regulatory requirements.
• Experience with IT risk quantification and mitigation strategies.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
