The Marketing Manager in the Singapore team will lead and support campaigns and partnerships to grow Visa’s overall brand equity with consumers, such as cardholders and businesses. What a Marketing Manager does at Visa:

The person will be involved in building up the overall direction for marketing initiatives and be responsible for the day-to-day execution with cross functional teams, clients, vendors as well as partners.

Key Responsibilities include:

• Drive and support our clients’ (i.e. Banks, Fintechs, Merchants) payments marketing initiatives with Visa’s marketing advisory and solutions, working closely with the Accounts Leads to strategise and propose impactful and relevant marketing programs to drive business revenue for our clients, across both B2B and B2C programs.
• Lead day-to-day client engagements and management of Marketing Value Added Services (VAS) projects in close partnership with the respective Business Development and Account Leads. Oversee all administrative deliverables related to client marketing project management and VAS including but not limited to revenue tracking, marketing approvals, procurement processes, contract management and VIK process management in full compliance with Visa’s policy and process
• Day-to-day management and liaison with agencies, partners and internal stakeholders to implement and manage above initiatives as well as brand related marketing activities
• Work extensively with marketing teams in other markets as well as local country cross-functional teams (i.e. Sales teams, Products, Commercial Products) to ensure smooth launch and execution of marketing activations to support key business strategic initiatives
• Ensure timely executions and deliverables from agencies and vendors as well as proper documentation and paperwork across the whole project lifecycle.
• Open communication between partners and vendors to ensure that work is executed and implemented accurately.

Expectations of a Media Billing Manager

Manage operation process and lead a team, including but not limited to:

• On-boarding of new suppliers and clients
• Jobs monitoring and analysis
• Oversees team’s responsibilities.
• Revenue recognition and reconciliation of WIP account. Review completeness and accuracy once posted in ERP System
• Resolve issues with relevant stakeholders e.g. vendors, clients, Business and shared service teams
• Regular meeting with Stakeholders

• Ensure billing completion before end of following month activities
• Accounts Payable responsibilities
• Support on audit requests

As a Finance Executive, you will support in media finance operations, including but not limited to:

• Month-end closing process
• Issue/check billing instructions to shared service team and ensure 100% billing completion before end of following month of activity
• Revenue recognition and reconciliation of WIP account. Review completeness and accuracy once posted in ERP System
• Resolve/respond to client billing queries
• Resolve issues in supplier invoices in co-ordination with Media/Operations team
• Work closely with respective teams on issue resolutions
• Regular WIP meeting with Stakeholders

As a Client Success Senior Consultant, you will be leading Client Services operational engagement for Visa clients, serving as an operational/technical consultant for Money Movement Solutions products. This is an individual contributor role working independently under limited supervision and requires strong execution, technical knowledge, analytical skills, and relationship management with key stakeholders and clients.

The Senior Consultant is the face of Visa’s support organization to Visa’s clients and represent these clients internally to business, product and technology teams. • Provide high value customer service support on day-to-day items to Visa Clients and internal staff to ensure customer expectations are exceeded, be the voice of the client.
• Proactively notify clients regarding any widespread or business critical problems with the application,and leads internal and external recovery efforts of product and/or processing service interruptions.
• Act as liaison for the client, provide problem management, proactive identification of processing efficiencies, service change support and system enhancement support. Participate in cross functional customer service delivery initiatives across clients and Visa internal teams.
• Coordinate internal resources to accomplish Visa and client objectives.
• Drive problem and communication management for any critical issue affecting a client, or client issue affecting Visa
• Build and enhance positive working relationships with key clients and internal stakeholders.
• Project manage and lead enablement activities for existing and new products introduced to the market, tapping on Global and Regional resources for execution.
