The Job

• Responsible for port safety standards.
• Establish and manage WSH targets.
• Develop and execute programmes/projects to drive proactive safety culture.
• Monitor and evaluate effectiveness of programmes/projects.
• Upkeep WSH Management Systems to align with JP context and requirements.
• Track progress, provide timely updates of targets, programmes and projects.
• Any other duties as assigned.

Job Requirement

• Min Diploma in Health, Safety and Environmental or related discipline.
• Registered WSHO and FSM. Registered ECO (Specific) will be an added advantage.
• At least 5 years as registered WSHO with relevant hands-on experience such as port operations, logistics, construction, shipyard etc.
• Experience as Supervisory or Managerial position will be an added advantage.
• Expert level on relevant legislations/standards. Must demonstrate practical applications.
• Min. ISO 45001 certified internal auditor.
• Experience in project management.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and Optimization:Develop and optimize layout designs for FPSO topsides, modules, and hull structures.
  Ensure designs comply with safety, operability, and maintainability requirements.
  
• Multidisciplinary Coordination:Collaborate with piping, structural, mechanical, electrical, and process teams to integrate systems into cohesive layouts.
  Resolve layout clashes and ensure effective utilization of available space.
  
• Compliance and Standards:Ensure all layouts adhere to project specifications, industry codes, and regulatory standards (e.g., ABS, DNV, API).
  Incorporate fire safety, explosion protection, and evacuation criteria into designs.
