• Preferably with 1 year experience in handling container lifting equipment such as Kalmar, Fantuzzi, Sani etc.
• Willing to work 6 days’ work week in Jurong Island

Responsibilities:

1. Work with Clients:

• Help clients find the right candidates for their job openings.
• Build and maintain good relationships with clients.

2. Find and Screen Candidates:

• Search for job candidates through different channels.
• Interview candidates and assess their skills and experience.
• Create a shortlist of the best candidates for clients.

3. Arrange Interviews:

• Schedule interviews between clients and candidates.
• Help candidates prepare for interviews.

4. Manage the Recruitment Process:

• Advise clients on the best hiring practices.
• Ensure everything is moving smoothly during the hiring process.

5. Record-Keeping:

• Keep records of candidates and clients up to date.

6. Business Growth:

• Find new clients and grow the business.

7. Support After Hiring:

• Check in with clients and candidates to ensure everything is going well after hiring.

Requirements：

1. Education:

• High school diploma & above.

2. Certification:

• Certificate of Employment Intermediaries required.

3. Skills:

• Good communication skills.
• Ability to match candidates with jobs.
• Basic knowledge of employment laws.

4. Experience:

• Recruitment experience is a plus.

5. Personal Traits:

• Self-motivated and proactive.
• Good at building relationships.
• Problem-solving and attention to detail.

6. Technical Skills:

• Familiar with recruitment software and job boards.
• Basic computer skills (MS Office, PDF, etc.).
