• To update and maintain electrical circuit drawing of all machinery and installation.
• To design and build new machinery that may improve production efficiency of factory.
• To assist in procurement for components and parts.
• To keep tooling in organized manner.
• Other duties as and when assigned by the company.

Job Requirement:

• Diploma or certification in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in industrial electrical maintenance.
• Able to read single-line diagram.
• Hands on experience in electrical installation and cabling
• Able to work independently with discipline.
• Have teamwork and is committed.
• Able to cooperate on overtime arrangement.
• On-job-training will be provided.

Working Conditions:

• Full-time position with potential for overtime.
• May require working in various environmental conditions, including high noise levels and confined spaces.
• Must be able to lift and carry heavy equipment as needed.

Job Responsibilities:

• Talent Acquisition: Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for teaching and non-teaching staff. Apply for work passes (EP/SP/WP) for foreign talents when necessary.
• Training & Development: Plan and organize internal and external training sessions to support the continuous development of employees.
• Onboarding & Offboarding: Coordinate and manage onboarding and offboarding procedures, including processing relevant documentation.
• Employee Engagement & Culture Building: Plan and execute employee engagement activities such as team-building events, birthday celebrations, and company outings etc.
• Payroll Administration: Process payroll for part-time teachers, ensuring timely and accurate payments.

Requirements:

• Minimum Polytechnic Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of HR generalist experience, preferably in the Education sector.
• Strong communication, organisational, and time management skills.
