The Internal Audit Manager will lead audit projects, assess risks, evaluate internal controls, and spearhead Internal Audit representation across the APAC region. Our Production Technicians operate our chemical processes and perform production related activities, utilizing their chemical manufacturing knowledge and experience to operate and troubleshoot the plant in a safe and efficient manner. The Production Technician works in a team environment where collaboration and teamwork are critical to meeting the goals of the business.

Production Technicians are required to work shift work including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Job Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Safely and efficiently operates their assigned processes to meet the day-to-day quality, production and productivity goals of ALAM.
- Effectively prioritizes their daily tasks working with the Production Leads and Production Supervisors.
- Participate in monthly safety meetings and promote a safe work environment
- Actively participate on ALAM’s emergency response (ER) team and ER entry team
- Reviews and updates the Standard Operating Procedures
- Reviews and updates the Learning Resources for the processes
- Completes annual personal goals to achieve the plant goals and their own personal development goals
- Assembles and disassembles production equipment
- Performs basic maintenance on equipment
- Drives a culture of "Do It Safe, Do It Right the First Time" with their actions and their words on a daily basis
- Successfully complete all assigned training
- Cross-trains peers on approved functions
- Ability to roll cylinders- Rolling cylinders requires an individual to tilt a cylinder slightly with one hand, and use the other hand to move the cylinder forward by rolling it
- Fitness for duty, including but not limited to: ability to lift 50 pounds and have the ability to climb ladders
- Actively participate on ALAM’s emergency response (ER) team including as an ER entry team member, which requires wearing a tight fitting full-face respirator

Job Description

As a Product Designer, you will be responsible for crafting exceptional user experiences through thoughtful design and collaboration with cross-functional teams. In addition to your design responsibilities, you will also play a key role in product management, helping to shape product strategy and prioritize features. You will define user flows, create mockups and prototypes, and ensure design ideas are executed seamlessly. • Design User Flows, Low & High-Fidelity Mockups, and Prototypes: Create user flows and both low- and high-fidelity mockups and prototypes to effectively communicate interaction and design concepts.

1. Analyses, plan, coordinate, determine and arrange material and products manufacturing tasks and schedules according to customer orders

o Propose purchasing strategies and identify buying trends to minimize cost

o Create and maintain an inventory schedule of Key materials (local and overseas)

2. Organize and schedule deliveries with production and logistic, keep production flowing smoothly with the needed materials

3. Search available products to find the best combination of quality, price, and delivery.

4. Monitor supplier’s performance including defective goods

• Corrective improvement monitoring

5. Work with QA dept on supplier audits

6. Shortlist new potential supplier with recommendation comparison

7. Handling customer complaints involving material purchase from supplier

8. Maintaining all relevant ISO and FSC documents with accuracy.

10. Keep detailed records and prepare and submit necessary reports.
