Job Description

Manage Recruitment Processes - posting of job availability, liaise with agents etc

Process all Work Pass application, MOM-related surveys, Prepare Letters, and Handle HR related tasks

Prepare payroll and handle payroll matters

Onboarding & Off-Boarding

Manage staff Training activities

Perform any adhoc duties as assigned

Requirements

Min 1 year relevant experience

Min N Level or equivlent qualification

Prior experience with Timesoft Payroll software advantageous

Working Hours

Mon-Fri: 8.30am to 5.30pm

Sat : 8.30am to 12.30pm

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Perform service & repair work on customer site for battery & charger
• Provides on-site technical assistance to help troubleshoot and repair equipment
• In charge of the delivery of batteries & chargers
• Preparation/maintenance of Motive Power batteries as per company SOP
• Packing/loading/delivery of batteries/chargers according to schedule
• All other activities required by superiors

The service technician shall possess the following competence:

• Simple inventory management skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks & able to adhere to company SOPs
• Able to carry out tasks professionally and keep to the delivery & service schedule
• Safety-conscious
• Candidate must possess at least an "O" Level or equivalent.
• At least 1-2 Years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Non-Executive specialized in Engineering - Others or equivalent.
• Must possess a Class 3 driving license. A forklift license is preferable but not a must.
• Able to do OT when required.

Working Hours: Monday - Friday 0830hrs to 1700hrs

Work Place: Tuas Ave 1 (Nearest Mrt: Gul Circle)

The candidate can drive the lorry back home (in Singapore only). The company will pay for the seasonal parking.

Position Title: Temp Admin Assistant

Responsibilities

• Verify and match Delivery Orders (DO) with Purchase Orders (PO) and invoices
• Indentify and resolve discrpancies by coordinating with internal teams and vendors
• Generate Airway bills
• Maintain accurate records of matched documents

Requirements

• Minimum N' level
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage large volumes of documentation
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
