The role includes developing frameworks and processes for managing the chartering business, overseeing ship chartering negotiations, and working closely with traders to address their queries and foster direct cooperation. The Trainee Ship Broker negotiates charter party terms on behalf of ship owners or charterers and provides accurate shipping information and voyage calculations to support trading activities. Strong communication skills are essential for collaborating with ship owners, cargo owners, and brokers. The position requires the ability to work under pressure, self-motivation, and a team-oriented mindset.

Salary: $2600 for first 3 months. After confirmation is $2700
