· Support branding activities for internal/external communications including website presentations and corporate identity

Our company is one of the food product supplier and you will be responsible for handles customer interactions primarily over the phone, including managing inquiries, resolving issues, and building strong relationships. They focus on understanding customer needs, promoting products, and driving sales by pursuing new opportunities and meeting targets. The role includes staying updated on company offerings, tracking sales performance, performing administrative tasks, and collaborating with other teams to ensure excellent customer service and contribute to business growth.

Qualifications:

• Diploma in Business, Marketing, Admin or relevant
• At least 3 years of working experience as Sales Coordinator

Job Responsibilities

• Ensure successful and timely execution of projects
• Work with Design Department on generating Workshop Drawings (GA / P&ID / Electrical drawings)
• Conducting Factory Acceptance Test (FAT)
• Attending site vists when required
• Engagement and coordination with sub-contractors and clients on projects

Job Requirements

• Minimally possess a Diploma in Electrical Engineering
• At least 2 years of work experience in project management
• Experienced in 2D electrical design and drawings
• Positive attitude and committed to tasks dedicated
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• 5 days work week (Monday to Friday)
