· Manage client and other stakeholder expectations to maintain productive and engaged relationships

· Document project activities, obstacles, costs, and results

· Delegate project activities and duties in accordance with team members' strengths and experience

· Provide summarized project plan documentation to departmental managers, clients, and other stakeholders as needed

· Engage in continual learning to remain abreast of industry best practices, new technologies, and emerging standards

· Collaborate with and lead teams to deliver results on schedule and within budget limits

· Execute other role duties as assigned

• Facilitates planning and development ofquality control systems for specifiedproducts or processes.
• Collaborates with teams of engineers andproduct specialists to ensure customer anddivision quality requirements are met.
• Identifies the root cause of qualityproblems, and coordinates modificationsor other corrective actions.
• Liaising of Calibration Program.
• Periodically inspect instrument accordingto the specified schedule date
• Reviews design, manufacturing, and testingdocumentation.
• Update our Quality Management system(QMS) with incidents, fixes andimprovement.
• Offers technical guidance and support inresponse to quality testing and analysis.
• Ensures contract compliance by reviewingand approving quality requirements forsupplier purchase orders, manufacturing,and other related services.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Responsibilites

• Assist the Project Manager in producing, analysing and accepting design and technical details
• Assist the Project Manager in developing, managing and overseeing a safety management system for projects across the organisation
• Provide Engineering support to project, production and yard staff as directed by Project Manager.
• Provide technical expertise during design activities and reviews.
• Produce technical documentation as required to support daily operations and tendering activities
• Coordinate stakeholder activities during construction phases of projects not limited to clients, suppliers and contractors
• Create and maintain a culture of continuing improvement in safety performance and awareness across teams & work areas
• Execute Project Plan assigned by Project Manager.
