Job Description
Inventory Control:
-Oversee stock levels, ensuring accurate records of incoming and outgoing goods.
-Conduct regular stock counts and audits to maintain accurate inventory records.
Warehouse Organization
-Organize the store/warehouse to ensure efficient space utilization and accessibility of goods.
-Implement and maintain a labeling and categorization system for all stored items.
Documentation and Record-Keeping:
-Maintain up-to-date records of inventory, delivery notes, and stock movement.
-Prepare and issue requisition forms and purchase orders as needed.
Supplier Coordination:
-Coordinate with suppliers for timely delivery of goods and materials
-Track and report any discrepancies in deliveries.
Safety and Compliance:
-Ensure all goods are stored in compliance with company policies and safety regulations.
-Monitor and report any safety concerns or incidents in the warehouse/store area.
Team Collaboration:
-Work closely with procurement, production, and logistics teams to ensure seamless operations.
Requirements:
1. NTC/Nitec or Diploma preferably in Manufacturing/ Mechanical/ Engineering discipline or equivalent
2. Preferably 1-3 years of relevant experience in the metal machining or oil and gas industries
3. Preferably 2 years in a similar capacity
4. Be proactive and with high ownership towards this daily responsibilities /works
5. Good working attitude, organised and able to communicate with other department
6. Ability to multitask to handle other challenging work demands and tight schedules
7. Prefered from Oil and Gas industry with production knowledge
8. Must have incerts and tooling knowledge
