2. The role holder is responsible for growing net new business and new pipeline. The incumbent must have a deep understanding of market & competition to develop appropriate winning sales strategies and apply the sales and solutions expertise, in conjunction with in-house subject matter experts. PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Plan, implement sales strategies and deliver /help deliver planned sales goals.
2. Participate/Initiate sales objectives /targets by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new clients.
3. Manage sourcing of customers. Build and maintain relationships with customers and assist and direct team members in sourcing and growing customer base.
4. Provide excellent service and maintenance of current customers, including analysis of current lanes to assure we are competitive.
5. Monthly financial analysis including determining overall success of current customer profiles in terms of revenue and profit.
6. Determine current rates offered by competitors.
7. Achieve satisfactory profit/loss ratio and market share in relation to pre-set standards, industry and economic trends including sales and margin goals.
8. Overseeing the activities and the performance of the Sales function.
9. Prepare report if needed;
10. Perform other jobs related to sales function as assigned

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum Degree in Business / Marketing / Logistics or equivalent;
• Minimum 5 years of experience in regional sales preferably in the Asia Pacific Region;
• Ideally from logistics industry or an industry / category where logistics is a vital part of the business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Overseeing day-to-day operations in production to ensure optimal product quality and all daily operation activities are executed and met.

• Responsible for managing end-to-end production activities for an assortment of products through effective use of manpower, material, machine, and method, ensuring a safe working environment in the factory.
• Manage the overall production flow to ensure daily productivity outputs are met in a timely manner.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production output and performance reports for management.
• Manage the production schedule and monitor the overall production output levels.
• Lead a team of production supervisors and workers to ensure production targets, product quality, and specifications are reached within their area of supervision.
• Ensure all team members follow the factory operations procedures, processes, and compliance with food safety, quality standards, and statutory laws.
• Lead, motivate, and build a strong production team to increase productivity and efficiency.
• Ensure finished goods are correctly and timely reported in the system.

• Ensure proper and comprehensive preventive maintenance programs are implemented and executed timely for all machines.
• Minimize unplanned/unscheduled maintenance activity.

- Manage, coach and lead a team of logistics personnel.

- Handle buffet delivery, set-up and collection.

- Manage inventory level and condition of the allocated catering equipment.

· Minimum 5 years of relevant experience with minimum 2 years of managerial experience.

· Excellent working knowledge of warehouse management and operations.
