• Familiar with internet architecture designs such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Proxy and Firewall
• Familiar with devices like Alcatel PABX,FortiGate Devices, Cisco and Unifi Wireless AP Controller
• Strong knowledge of CyberRisk and CyberSecurity; familiarity with PDPA is highly preferred
• Experience with Veeam, VMware, and UNIX/Linux is an added advantage
• Experience in API/Web Programming and Database Administration is an added advantage

Job Description

• Managing AP using accounting software and other programs
• Handling accounts for separate entities and vendors
• Analyzing workflow processes
• Establishing and maintaining relationships with new and existing vendors
• Ensuring bills are paid in a timely and accurate manner while adhering to departmental procedures
• Processing due invoices for payments
• Preparation of inventory report.
• Assist in AR duties
• Processing transactions and performing accounting duties such as account maintenance, recording entries and reconciling books of accounts

Job Requirement:

• Account/ Business / Economics related qualifications required
• Understanding of basic principles of finance, accounting, and bookkeeping
• Superb time management skills and detail orientation
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of company and partner information

· Review and interpret detailed engineering drawings, project requirement and customer specifications to create finished products.

· Ensure tools are designed and built to meet customer needs and specifications.

· Ensure mold trial and delivery on time.

· Collaborate/work with engineers, design teams and machine operators to optimize tools designs and resolve issues.

· Organize and maintain tool records and documentation, including changes, specifications and maintenance logs.

· Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to tooling and machine operation.

· Maintains 5S workplace standard and orderly work area.

· Hands on tooling fitting / assembly.

Requirement

1. Minimun Diploma in relevant mold making.

2. At least 5 years of ex[erience working as precision tool maker.

3. Ability to work independently or as part of a team.

4. Ability to read and interpret complex engineering drawings and 3D models.

5. Good analytical and problem-soolving skills, good communication skills.

6. Ability to multitask and work under presure.
