The incumbent shall be responsible to:

• Coordinate and participate in a variety of duties involved in the operation and maintenance of cardiovascular equipment to provide detailed analysis of cardiovascular functions in the laboratory
• Perform routine cardiovascular tests, including transthoracic echocardiography, treadmill ECG testing, blood pressure and Holter monitoring
• Assist in performing transesophageal echocardiography
• Assist with interventional imaging system, such as IVUS, FFE, IABP and OCT
• Assist interventionists in cardiovascular laboratory and record procedure in cardiac reporting system

Job Requirements

• Diploma in Biomedical Science (preferably with specialisation in cardiac technology) and/or with relevant experience

Coordinating incoming orders with customers and suppliers, and managing the shipments to customers.

Responsibilities:

• Negotiates contract terms and conditions with each relevant stakeholders – customer, vendor/subcontractor, analyzing potential risks involved with certain contract agreements and helping Company and Project Management Team better understand the information outlined in the contracts.
• Evaluates supplier/subcontractor claims entitlement and variation order under the contract requirements.
• Supports negotiations of claims, manage contractual changes and resolve disputes or conflict resolution with Contractors.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business management or related disciplines, Diploma holders with relevant experience are welcomed to apply.

The Climate Transformation Programme (CTP) aims to develop, inspire and accelerate knowledge-based solutions and educate future leaders to establish the stable climate and environment necessary for resilient, just, and sustainable Southeast Asian societies. CTP will generate knowledge and innovation across disciplines including climate and Earth science, ecology, materials science, artificial intelligence, humanities, social sciences, the arts, finance, health, and engineering. It will also translate state-of-the-art scientific results into real world solutions for Singapore and transfer these solutions to Southeast Asia (SEA) and beyond. The Earth Observatory of Singapore – Remote Sensing Lab (EOS-RS) at Nanyang Technological University in Singapore invites applications for a Research Fellow / Scientist / Engineer to support CTP Cross Cutting Theme 2 (Satellite Remote Sensing). The EOS-RS teams’ research covers SAR, multi/hyper-spectral remote sensing, LiDAR, and GNSS data for disaster response and hazard monitoring for earthquakes, volcanoes, and impacts of climate change.

EOS-RS and CTP welcomes applications from qualified candidates who have interests and expertise relevant to the use of remote sensing for mapping, monitoring, and understanding the causes and effects of climate change. This position reports to the Head of Sales, Microscopy and is part of the Microscopy Sales Team located in the SEA Region and will be working remotely to cover Thailand, Malaysia and Indonesia region.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• Revenue and Strategy Management: Oversee the revenue generation for the assigned division and region by formulating and executing business development plans and division strategies. This includes pricing and discounting responsibilities and ensuring compliance with regulatory, international, and company EHS requirements.
• Product and Marketing Management: Manage product and marketing activities for the assigned divisions by developing and rolling out training programs, creating price/performance maps, identifying product gaps, and providing recommendations for improvement. Build and maintain a regional customer database for the market segment.
• Sales Support and Tools: Provide essential sales and marketing tools to improve the win rate for sales and service teams. This includes product and application support, ensuring the right level of know-how at POI, and managing demos, workshops, and application support.

Provide VOC, EPS, forecasts, and PSI to factory and operations. Identify business plans for current and potential tender opportunities, focusing on expanding the company's market influence and share.
• Key Account Management: Collaborate with the sales team to drive sales initiatives and manage key accounts. Develop and implement short and long-term operational plans for key accounts, ensuring the effective onboarding of new clients and the growth and development of existing ones. Act as the key interface between customers and relevant divisions, making regular visits to gather market information and relay it to management. Responsible for the development and achievement of sales through the direct sales channel.

The essential requirements of the job include:
