Oversee the planning, development, administration, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of counselling and psychological services and standards at Melrose Care (“Centre”), Children’s Aid Society (“CAS”). • Undertake the responsibility ensuring that operations of Melrose Care is in-line with the direction of the organisation.
• Build, maintain and enhance CAS culture among the team members in the Centre through the implementation of CAS’s HR, Finance and other policies.
• Work collaboratively with other heads of CAS services and departments to advance the vision of the charity.
• Lead or participate in organisation-wide project or programme as assigned by the Executive Director.
• Work collaboratively with the sub-committee in matters pertaining to financial prudence and overall governance of the service in fulfilling its mandate as a community service and as funded service by Community Chest.

Role & Responsibility:

- Provide administrative support to the Project Engineer in the planning, scheduling, and execution of projects.

- Assist in the coordination and communication between clients, contractors, and team members to ensure project goals are met.

- Prepare and manage project documentation, including schedules, meeting minutes, reports, and progress tracking.

- Monitor and track project progress, ensuring timely completion and proper documentation.

• Analyze blueprints, sketches, or verbal directions to determine the required quantity, dimensions, placement, and configuration of reinforcing rods.
• Examine blueprints or project specifications to fully understand the scope and requirements.
• Arrange and securely fasten reinforcing rods within forms following blueprint specifications, utilizing wire and pliers.
• Set up fencing or protective barriers as necessary.
• Precisely position structural elements in their designated locations.
• Secure steel bars, rods, cables, or mesh within concrete forms using appropriate tools, such as fasteners, rod-bending machines, blowtorches, or hand tools.
• Accurately install metal structural components.
• Cut reinforcing rods to the specified lengths using metal shears, hacksaws, bar cutters, or acetylene torches.
• Prepare metal components by cutting them to match required specifications.
• Place blocks beneath rebar to elevate it above the deck, ensuring proper floor reinforcement.
• Install safety and support equipment as needed to maintain structural integrity.

• Recording information, such as ingredients, weights, and temperature, and input into the database.
• Troubleshooting issues with production equipment and processes.

Requirements:

• At least 5 yrs experience in a related field may be required.

Location: Mandai

Carry out daily production activities that includes:-

• Feed-in of raw material or recycle product
• Packing of products
• Operate equipment and machinery to meet daily production target
• Ensure that quality and output is met
• Check and inspect production machinery or equipment
• Perform preventive maintenance and carry out basic repair
• Operate forklift to retrieve raw material and stack product from and into the warehouse respectively
• Update production record and activities
• Ensure that all production activities are carried out in accordance with Work Instruction (WI).
• Maintain good housekeeping of the production area
• Adhere to safety procedures and regulations

Job Requirements:

- O Level or S.P.M qualification

- Must be able to lift heavy objects < 25kg
