• Reports to Senior Design Manager & Geotechnical Manager
• Review the monitoring report (Daily, Weekly, Monthly)
• Interpret and prepare interpretative reports for instrumentation (settlement, marker vibrometer), etc.
• Participate in Monitoring meetings with LTA and coordination between the construction team and LTA
• Attend to LTA queries about monitoring and instrumentation matters

Job requirements:

• A degree in Civil Engineering/Geotechnical Engineering or equivalent
• At least 5 years of working experience in Civil projects for a similar position (infrastructure/ road/ bridge) is required for this position
• Experience in Instrument Installation, Recordings, Interpretation
• Experience in various software used in Instrumentation Monitoring
• Candidates with experience in LTA projects are preferred

• Develop, maintain, and update BIM models throughout the project life cycle.
• Analyze BIM models and generate reports to identify areas for improvement or potential issues.
• Collaborate with project team members, consultants, clients, and sub-contractors to coordinate and implement BIM development.
• Ensure that all BIM models are compatible and that BIM data is available to all project participants.
• Prepare 2D and 3D shop drawings using AutoCAD and/or Revit.
• Manage construction documents and track the submission.

Requirements:

• Hold a degree or diploma in Architecture, Structural Engineering, or a related field.
• Have at least 2 years of relevant experience in a similar field.
• Proficient in using AutoCAD, Revit and Naviswork software.
• Work a 5.5 days' work week.
