Responsibilities:
· Involve in the day-to-day accounting operations, including invoicing, receipts, payments, journals and data management in the system
· Handle fixed asset management, including tracking, depreciation and reconciliation
· Ensure timely and accurate month-end closing according to company’s policies and Singapore FRSs
· Review and analyse financial and project performances, including variance analysis
· Prepare financial and management reports, GL reconciliations and accounts schedules
· Supervise and coach junior staff in accounting and finance operations
- Handle statutory audit and tax-related processes including GST filing, corporate income tax computation and transfer pricing documentation
· Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, corporate secretariat and legal counsel
· Assist in establishing and keeping an up-to-date accounting internal control policy and procedures
· Assist in the preparation of forecast, annual budget and business financial plans
· Support ad-hoc projects and other finance-related tasks as required
Requirements:
· Degree in accountancy or equivalent professional qualification
· 4-6 years relevant experience including several years of audit background is an advantage
· Meticulous, analytical, innovative and self-motivated team player
· Excellent MS Excel skill and proficient in AutoCount
· Experience working in construction industry will be a bonus
