Job Scope

• Generate daily customer's order and ensure delivery is met.

• Sorting of invoices, issuance of debit and credit notes.

• Work closely with internal & external customers to ensure all invoices are properly collated for timely submission to internal/ external portal.

• Establishes and maintains excellent relationships with both internal and external customers.

• Perform other ad-hoc duties that may be assigned from time to time

• Able to work Monday to Saturday (1 weekday off and Sunday Rest)

• Must be able to speak and write mandarin, English

As a member of the Control and Instrumentation team, you will be responsible for executing maintenance work on instrumentation and control systems in the power plant effectively, efficiently, and to comply with safety and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Carry out repair and rectification of equipment failure and malfunction. Test and recommissioning of rectified system or equipment
• Carry out the overhaul, inspection, calibration, servicing program during plant scheduled outage.
• Implement modification, upgrading, and installation plans for plant system and equipment for enhancement, availability, and reliability improvement.
• Maintains detailed work reports, spreadsheets, graphs, plots on computer-based software (Maximo, MS Word, and MS Excel)
• Assist Engineers and Technical Officers in the maintenance work
• Supervise contractors under his charge

Requirements:

• Diploma in Electronics Engineering or equivalent
• Possesses knowledge of Instrumentation
• Preferably possesses 2 years of experience in Power Plant or Oil and Gas industry
• Self-driven, with a good working attitude and a good team player
• Is available on standby after office hours for emergency calls
• Have a safety mindset and display good workplace safety behavior.
• Be a part of the CERT team and be actively involved in emergency responses whenever called upon.

A Workshop Engineer oversees workshop operations, managing equipment, tools, and resources. They coordinate with technicians, ensure safety protocols, and optimize workflow.

Responsibilities

• Arranging for equipment maintenance and repair
• Preparing technical and related non-copyright photocopying
• Designing and making simple models, teaching aids and tools
• Conducting training sessions
• Data keeping

Looking for the account clerk ,and also take care the admin of the company ,Perform HR duties including monthly payroll processing, CPF contributions, leave administration ,process resignation for leaver, administration of work pass (application, renewal and cancellation)
