In this critical role, you will play a key part in enhancing customer satisfaction, driving operational efficiency, and shaping the future of global service delivery.

As Operational Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance activities and business in the region with and continuously improving the effectiveness and efficiency of the teams.
